Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license is required to start the position.
Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred.
Experience with direct access to referring physicians or collaboration with physician referrals.
Familiarity with WebPT or similar electronic medical records preferred.
BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Role Details
Position type: Outpatient occupational therapy in Fairborn, OH.
Shift: Days. Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling options.
Typical caseload: Approximately 11–12 patients per 8-hour day.
Support staff provided.
Clinic tools: WebPT and Prediction Health AI available to support clinical documentation and decision-making.
