Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic team. As an OT with our center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to residents, as ordered by the physician
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and well-being
Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and treatment
Participate in facility and rehab meetings, as indicated
Supervise junior staff members and students, as needed
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
SNF experience preferred
Current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
