Job description
Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Hospital in Knoxville, TN seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered inpatient rehab for individuals recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, complex orthopedic and neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this collaborative, interdisciplinary setting, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop evidence-based treatment plans, deliver individualized therapy using advanced rehab technologies, educate patients and families, document progress, and support safe discharge planning while contributing to a culture of compassion, safety, respect, and continuous learning.
