50 bed Inpatient Rehab Facility
Hands-on mentorship and training (90 days)
Work with a large, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
Heavy Stroke, TBI, SCI, and multi-fracture trauma population
See 6 to 7 patients per day on average
1-hour set aside for documentation - never take work home with you!
Medical, Dental & Life Insurance
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 5 weeks +
About the Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist Position:
Come work on a team of 6 Physical Therapists, 6 Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of 22 days with an 85% return-to-home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and is looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.
Neuro Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
Collaborative, team-building personality style
