Job description

Preferred Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience providing OT services within a school setting, including assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring
Familiarity with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary team meetings
Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and adaptability to varying student needs and caseloads
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure impactful interventions
Participate actively in IEP meetings, delivering clear documentation and recommendations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and instructional strategies
Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward developmental and academic goals
Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse learning needs and environments
Offer expertise and training to school faculty regarding occupational therapy best practices
