Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. In this role, you’ll assess functional abilities, create individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress using EMR systems.
