Accessibility Resource Center is a highly energetic and student oriented center. We are looking for students to provide coverage to the front desk.Performs routine clerical work, data entry, and/or word processing.Provide coverage for front officeAct as office liaison between students, campus departments and off-campus communitiesMaintain organized office spaces and replenish office supplies.Assist with mail distribution and office correspondence.Welcome and assist students, families, and campus visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Answer phones, transfer calls, and respond to general questions.Perform other office and administrative duties as assigned.Maintain confidentiality of student records in accordance with FERPA regulations.Minimum Qualifications: Equivalencies not found for this positionPreferred Qualifications:Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Application Instructions: Only applications submitted through the official UNMJobs site will be accepted.
