Administrative AssistantFull time – 40 hours a weekMonday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pmNo weekends, holiday or on callCollaborate with a team of Executive Assistants to support the operational and administrative needs of BJC Medical Group.Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient business operations.Coordinate and manage office orders, supplies, and delivery logistics.Oversee facility-related requests, including maintenance coordination and issue resolution.Assist with office management functions to maintain a productive and well-organized work environment.OverviewBJC Medical Group is the multi-specialty physician-led organization of BJC HealthCare and includes over 600 doctors and advanced practice providers who are affiliated with top-ranked hospitals in the Midwest region.Since 1994, BJC Medical Group has provided access to extraordinary care in over 145 locations and over 25 specialties in the greater St. Louis, mid-Missouri and southern Illinois areas. Our providers are nationally recognized for excellent patient satisfaction, quality health care, and improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve.The Operations Department provides support to the strategic and operational objectives of BJC Medical Group practices and is located in Town & Country.Preferred QualificationsRole PurposeResponsible for day-to-day administrative functions of the department(s) as assigned. These functions may include, but not be limited to: business, operations, clerical, patient billing and accounting functions, medical records management, reception, and patient scheduling.
