Office Services CoordinatorJoin a collaborative professional services environment. Known for delivering high-quality client service and handling complex domestic and cross-border matters, the firm fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven culture where employees are encouraged to contribute to operational excellence.Job DescriptionCoordinate document production requests including printing, copying, scanning, binding, and document assembly. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-volume print and finishing equipment. Manage electronic and physical filing systems in alignment with records management procedures. Support time-sensitive and confidential requests from professionals and business staff. Provide reception coverage, managing calls, emails, visitors, and general inquiries. Coordinate conference room bookings, meeting setups, and related office logistics. Monitor and track postage and delivery charges through internal systems. Assist with office moves, file organization, and workspace set-up projects. Support special projects and additional administrative initiatives as required. Minimum two year's experience in office services, print services, document production, or a similar support function. Experience operating high-volume digital printing and document finishing equipment. Exposure to legal, professional services, or regulated environments preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
