Job description
BJ’s Wholesale Club in Chesterfield, Missouri, is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead the club's Omni team and drive daily operations. You will oversee order picking, digital initiatives, BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club while ensuring an outstanding member experience.
You’ll partner with the Assistant Club Manager, develop high-performing teams, enforce policies, and optimize processes to improve club performance.
