Job description
JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities within the store environment. You will engage in Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations.
The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a minimum HS diploma (Bachelor preferred), and a dedication to achieving performance standards across shrink, safety, omnichannel, and attendance.
