Job description
Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Group Facilitator to join our clinical team in Baldwinville, MA. You will guide patients through engaging group sessions, support therapists, and help ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care.
This on-site, 40-hour-per-week role offers an hourly wage of $24–$28 with a comprehensive benefits package. Reports to the Clinical Supervisor and plays a key part in multidisciplinary care and patient-focused outcomes.
