Job description
Surgistar, a division of MicroSurgical Technology, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, benefits, onboarding, leaves, and compliance on-site in Vista, CA. You will serve as a resource for employees and managers while handling sensitive information in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3+ years in HR, bilingual English/Spanish, and solid knowledge of CA laws.
