Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and drive the long-term evolution of the client program. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and align with the client’s objectives to build a collaborative partnership.
You will manage a recruitment team, price and sell staffing services, and ensure SLA targets are met while delivering exceptional client satisfaction and retention across accounts.
