Job description
Qnity seeks a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to enhance equipment reliability, improve maintenance strategies, and support MIQA programs for safety-critical assets. This onsite role is based in Parlin, NJ, with priority to candidates within commuting distance and no sponsorship available.
The role partners with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to reduce downtime, improve asset performance, and ensure PSM compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
