Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ, for an Operations Partner at Whataburger. The Operations Partner will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety, and quality service. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, performance management, and fostering a supportive team environment. Additional duties involve monitoring inventory, managing costs, implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills, including team management, staff training, and fostering collaboration
Experience in performance management, scheduling, and improving operational efficiencies
Knowledge in food safety standards, compliance, quality control, and inventory management
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
Effective communication and organizational skills, along with problem-solving capabilities
Previous operational or managerial experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
