Job description
ShipMonk is seeking an experienced Operations Continuous Improvement leader to enhance performance across our fulfillment network in Las Vegas, Nevada. You will drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, and speed through the development of a robust CI program.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years in operational roles, with strong proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies along with e-commerce fulfillment experience.
