Optometrist - Part-Time - $80-$85 per hour + Bonus! - Philadelphia, PA
We are seeking a passionate Part-Time Optometrist committed to delivering high-quality vision care who is excited to help grow a new practice! This Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office is a beautiful modern practice looking for an OD who will collaborate with a collegial and motivated team onsite!
DETAILS
W2/Employed
$80-$85 per hour + performance-based Incentive Bonus ($2 per eye exam performed)
Incentive Bonus is guaranteed for the first 2 months
After 2 months, Incentive Bonus is based on exceeding performance targets
401(k) with up to a 6% employer match (quarterly contributions)
Malpractice Insurance paid
Eligible for up to 6 paid holidays annually (paid at 4 hours per day)
Eligible for up to 3 Diversity Days annually (based on tenure, paid at 4 hours per day)
Continuing Education Allowance of $25 per paycheck
50% eligible reimbursements of state license, AOA due, and professional membership

Modern practice, equipped with advanced technology for pre-testing, refraction, visual field testing, lens measurement, slit-lamp examinations, retinal imaging, and EHR.
Tele-optometry capabilities are also available to support flexible care delivery and expand patient access
Patient volume expected to build toward 10-15 patients a day
SCHEDULE Part-Time: 3 days per week
Flexible Days/Hours
Must be willing to work some Saturdays
Store Hours:
Monday-Saturday, 10:00am-6:00pm (last patient at 5:40pm)
Sunday, 11:00am-4:00pm (last patient at 3:40pm)

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
