Job description
Pearle Vision is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead NECE execution and deliver exceptional patient care. You will partner with the Store Manager and Field Leadership to create a motivating environment, ensure safety, and drive growth across the eyecare team.
Responsibilities include patient greeting, adherence to clinical protocols, building doctor-patient relationships, coaching staff, and contributing to store performance targets while maintaining high care standards.
