Oregon Coast CRNA | $500K+ Potential | Independent Practice | 3–4 Day Week
Experience true independent CRNA practice on Oregon's scenic Southern Coast with exceptional earning potential, a 3–4 day work week, and extensive time off. This opportunity offers the autonomy to practice at the top of your license while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
Choose $230/hour 1099 with paid call and $500K+ earning potential, or a W2 exceeding $365K+. W2 providers receive 9 weeks of vacation to start, up to 11 weeks with tenure, a 6% retirement match, and up to $30K in flexible sign-on and relocation assistance.
Outside of work, enjoy the Pacific Ocean, rugged beaches, state parks, hiking, fishing, and year-round recreation along Oregon's beautiful Southern Coast. It's an exceptional opportunity to combine significant earning potential and true clinical independence with a relaxed coastal lifestyle.
