Opportunity: Orthopaedic Surgeon - Adult Reconstruction

Job Details:
Work alongside a dynamic team of 17 orthopedic surgeons and 10 NP/PAs with subspecialties including adult reconstructive, shoulder and elbow, orthopedic oncology, foot and ankle, pediatric orthopedics, sports medicine, hand, and trauma
Benefit from a dedicated joint program coordinator and robust 10-physician medical orthopedic section, complemented by a 4-physician podiatry section
Utilize Mako robotic platform to enhance surgical precision and patient outcomes
Perform approximately 1,200 total joint replacements annually with significant growth potential
Optional outreach opportunities to expand your practice
Enjoy a 1:10+ compensated call schedule (approximately 36 call dates per year)
Efficiently manage patient records with dedicated EPIC EMR system
Access to full spectrum of rehabilitation services to support patient recovery
Provide athletic team coverage for local professional, college, and high school sports teams
Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopaedics
Fellowship trained in Joint Replacement required
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
