Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP1 track within our Clinical Advancement Program. You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for a defined patient group, coordinating with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and technicians to ensure safe hemodialysis delivery.
You will participate in teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities, with opportunities to advance CAP requirements and clinical skills in a hospital or dialysis center setting.
