Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP 1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, with guidance from supervisors and educators.
You will participate in team-based care within the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) setting, contribute to quality improvement, and help educate patients and families while advancing through CAP
