Job description
Community Health Network, headquartered in Indianapolis, is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient practice on East Stop 11 Road on the south side of Indianapolis.
Ideal candidates will have at least three years of practice experience, be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, and be licensed in Indiana or eligible for Indiana medical licensure. Outpatient only with a shared call schedule, EPIC EMR, and full onsite lab services are available.
