Job description
Location: National City, CA (must be willing to commute to San Diego,CA)
Employment: Full-time | W-2 or 1099
Compensation:
$147–$150 per hour W-2 | up to$175 per hour 1099
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
A confidential healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in the greater San Diego County area.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8.5-hour shifts scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and treat adult patients
Manage routine, acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions
Provide preventive care, physical examinations, and patient education
Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and EKGs
Prescribe medications and coordinate specialty referrals
Develop evidence-based treatment plans
Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
ABMS- or AOA-recognized board certification
Current, unrestricted California medical license
Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
Clinical experience providing adult internal medicine services
Ability to satisfy applicable credentialing and background requirements
W-2 Benefits
