We are seeking motivated and passionate candidates who want to be part of something great – if that's you, don't wait!As a PRN Outpatient Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant at Highland Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients. Our Outpatient Rehabilitation team is dedicated to helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and regain independence.Responsibilities:Provide expert physical therapy and physical therapy assistant services to patients in our outpatient setting, including evaluation, treatment, and educationCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plansConduct initial evaluations, reassessments, and progress assessments to track patient progressImplement and modify treatment plans based on patient response and goalsEducate patients and caregivers on exercise programs, body mechanics, and safety precautionsDocument all patient encounters and treatment plans in a timely and accurate mannerParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomesRequirements:Current licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of UtahStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to adapt to changing conditions and prioritiesWhat We Offer:Full benefitsCompetitive payWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
