Job description
Farmers Insurance in the Atlantic District seeks a proven sales leader to own and grow a high-potential agency. You will hire, coach, and lead a team of four and drive production toward a multi-hundred thousand dollar annual income through an accelerated commission structure.
You'll manage territory from Maine to Virginia, hit launch standards within 90 days, and develop future leaders while receiving comprehensive district support, licensing assistance, and a path to long-term ownership.
