Program Support – Logistics & SchedulerFull-TimeStandard business hours, with flexibility based on mission requirementsWashington, DCProgram ManagementFinal DoD-granted SECRET security clearance requiredImmediateAbout The OrganizationOur client is seeking a specialized Program Support Logistics and Scheduler to coordinate complex mission timelines and deployment logistics for critical hardware testing conducted in the remote Pacific Ocean.This high-impact position will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), coordinate international and maritime logistics, manage program risks, and ensure personnel, equipment, and launch assets are properly aligned for mission execution.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and coordination skills, experience supporting complex government deployment logistics, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and challenging operating environments.Compensation & BenefitsFull-Time employment opportunity with a reputable organizationCompetitive salary based on experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits packageProfessional growth and advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and professional work environmentOpportunity to support complex government testing and deployment missionsEssential Functions and Responsibilities· Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for testing and deployment activities· Coordinate mission timelines involving personnel, equipment, transportation, and launch assets· Plan and coordinate logistics for remote Pacific Ocean deployments· Coordinate international, maritime, and specialized transportation requirements· Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resource requirements· Identify scheduling conflicts, logistical constraints, and mission risks· Support risk mitigation and contingency planning· Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, maritime partners, and mission personnel· Monitor personnel and equipment readiness· Maintain schedules, logistics plans, status reports, and program documentation· Support mission planning meetings and operational reviews· Provide schedule and logistics updates to program leadership· Adapt plans to accommodate changing mission requirements· Perform other related duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, Operations, or a related field preferredExperience in program support, logistics, scheduling, or project managementExperience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Experience supporting government, defense, aerospace, maritime, or other mission-critical programsExperience coordinating personnel, equipment, transportation, and deployment activitiesStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedulesStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with government stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teamsRemote, international, maritime, or Pacific-region deployment experience preferredAbility to work with sensitive and classified program informationIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have program support, logistics, and scheduling experience in a complex government or mission-critical environment. The candidate should be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of coordinating personnel, equipment, transportation, and operational timelines while managing changing priorities.Experience supporting defense, aerospace, maritime, or remote Pacific deployment operations is highly desirable.Physical DemandsThis position routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones, and other technology in a professional office environment.Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods as required.Ability to travel and support deployment activities as required by mission needs.Ability to work in office, field, maritime, and remote environments when supporting mission operations.The physical requirements described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
