Job description
North East Medical Services in San Francisco seeks a PACE Clinic RN to provide direct and indirect nursing care to PACE Participants within the center. You will collaborate with physicians and the IDT to manage ongoing care, administer medications, and coordinate tests and treatments in a busy primary care setting.
