PackagerWage: $16.00/hourShift: 1stHours: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, May end at 3:30pm - QPS Employment Group is hiring a Packager for a company in Fort Atkinson, WI. This is a temporary role on 1st shift.Packager Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Package cards, collectibles, accessories, and other merchandise according to written instructions and quality standardsAssemble and prepare packaging materials for product fulfillmentInspect products for accuracy, quality, and packaging requirementsBox completed orders and ensure proper labeling for shipmentStack and organize finished product on pallets for shipping and distributionMaintain accurate production counts and follow fulfillment proceduresKeep workstations clean, organized, and efficientFollow all company safety policies and quality standardsWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goalsPackager Requirements:- No experience required; training provided - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to follow written instructions and procedures - Reliable attendance and positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Interest in collectibles, trading cards, or hobby products is a plus - Ability to stand and work at a production or packing station for up to 8-9 hours per shift - Ability to frequently use hands for packaging, sorting, labeling, and handling products - Lift and move products weighing up to 15 pounds regularly - Occasionally lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds - Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detailQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
