Job description
Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) in Nampa, Idaho, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Comprehensive Pain and Spine team. You will evaluate and treat patients with chronic pain, develop plans including medication management and conservative therapies, and coordinate care with orthopedics and neurosurgery.
The role offers a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri), no on-call, and a supportive, multidisciplinary environment designed to grow with the Boise area.
