Job description
MultiCare Health System in Yakima is seeking a Social Worker Specialist (MSW) to coordinate care across the continuum, perform psychosocial assessments and provide interventions in collaboration with physicians and care teams. This role requires an MSW, WA licensure, driving eligibility, and at least five years of recent medical experience; leadership and health finance knowledge are a plus.
The position offers a day shift with 1.0 FTE and a $10,000 signing bonus with 24-month commitment.
