Job description
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Florida Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. Our main office is located in Hollywood, FL, and this position is an IN-OFFICE position only.

Benefits for qualified employees include: PTO, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance. Compensation:
$55,000 - $85,000
Responsibilities:
* Organizing Files and moving them forward
* Docketing and scheduling events
* Drafting probate pleadings
* Drafting Estate Planning Documents: Wills, Trusts, Deeds, Durable Power of Attorney
* Communicating updates to clients and gathering information
* Helping attorneys prepare for signing meetings
* Weekly case management meetings and logging updates to case files
Qualifications:
* Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Must have great time-management skills and organizational skills
* Florida Estate Planning paralegal for 2+ years required
* A high school diploma is required, but advanced training at a college or university is preferred
* Experience with document building software, WealthCounsel, and/or Westlaw Form Builder is required, but we will consider candidates with similar software experience
* Experience with Clio Manage is preferred, but we will consider candidates with similar practice management software experience
* Experience with using Google Mail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar is preferred and a plus, but not required
* Typing 70-100 WPM is required
* Spanish Speaker
