Generare is hiring an Operations & Capacity Project Manager to drive the laboratory expansion and build tools to forecast production capacity and costs. You will work with production teams, lab management, and department heads to align on site decisions.
You will bridge the bench and the models, ensuring capacity plans reflect real constraints and turn insights into concrete actionable steps for the executive committee.
