Job description
Greystar is seeking a part-time leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for its community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents for move-in.
You will also ensure show units meet quality standards, track traffic with the on-site software, and follow up with residents to support renewals and satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.
