NOW HIRING: CNC MACHINIST! ??
Ready to put your machining skills to work? Join a small-town CNC shop where precision, teamwork, and quality matter! LaGasse Machine & Fabrication is looking for a motivated CNC Machinist to work with a team producing precision parts using Fusion 360 and a variety of mills and lathes.
?? WHAT YOU'LL DO
Set up, operate, and program CNC mills and lathes.
Work with team members and customers to produce precision parts.
Interpret sketches and visualize finished components.
Make quality adjustments and help improve production processes.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Share knowledge, learn new skills, and contribute to team success.
? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of related experience OR a 2-year Machine Tool Technology certificate.
CNC mill/lathe setup, teardown, and programming experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and solve problems.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
Willingness to learn and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
? SCHEDULE & PAY
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
6:00 AM–4:30 PM
40 hours per week
