Job description
RVNAhealth, a nonprofit healthcare provider in Ridgefield, CT, seeks an experienced Grant Writer to join the Philanthropy team. This part-time role (22.5 hours/week) focuses on researching, writing, submitting, and managing grant proposals to secure critical funding for home health, hospice, rehabilitation, and community health services across Fairfield and Litchfield Counties.
