Job description
Heartland ABA in Newton, Iowa is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients and enhance their independence through evidence-based interventions. This role offers flexibility in your schedule and the opportunity for career advancement, all while providing critical services to children with Autism.
As an RBT, you will implement care plans, record session data, and connect with families. RBT certification and a high school diploma are required, but no experience is needed — paid training is provided!
