Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPatrols property, inside and out during all shiftsCheck doors and stairwells to make sure they are secureRespond to complaints and calls for helpPurchase, maintain and monitor security cameras and alarm systemsEscorts unruly patrons and loiters from the propertyAssists with securing taxi for inebriated guestsFills out report at end of shiftPerform various other duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years in Security roleMinimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred, Peace Office training preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent observational skills and attention to detail.Authoritative verbal communication skills.Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildingsThe hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
