Job description
Team Lyders in Michigan is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations, supervise and coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will help train staff, uphold Taco Bell brand standards, and maintain a positive workplace culture while contributing to leadership development and operational excellence within the franchise.
This role provides a pathway for leadership growth within the company, and you should be comfortable with weekend/evening shifts
