Job description
RSM US LLP’s Private Equity Portfolio Company practice seeks a dynamic Tax Manager to join the Partnership Tax team, advising on partnership transactions and 704/754 matters within U.S. and international contexts.
In this role you will lead compliance and consulting for operating entities structured as partnerships/LLCs, develop staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development while staying current on tax law changes.
