In-Home Caregiver Opportunity
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide 1:1 care to clients throughout North County San Diego, including Vista, Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and La Jolla. You must be willing to work in these areas and able to reliably commute to client homes within 45 minutes or less.

What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 care for seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities.
Assist with mobility, hygiene, meals, and companionship, practicing empathy and clinical observation.
Monitor and report changes in client condition — strengthening your assessment and documentation skills.
Communicate effectively with families and office staff — the same teamwork skills you'll use in medical settings.

Requirements
You're over 18 years of age.
Currently enrolled in a Nursing, Pre-Med, or Allied Health program.
No prior caregiving experience required — we'll train you!
Clean Driver's license, reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
