Job description
U.S. Bank’s Payments Observability Technical Product Manager leads the development and maintenance of Product Observability across all Payments divisions, partnering with engineering and business teams to strengthen customer support and service reliability.
You will own the observability product roadmap, prioritize initiatives by impact and risk, and guide the organization toward measurable improvements in platform health and customer journeys.
