Ciocca Automotive is a growing, family-owned automotive organization committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our HR team and oversee accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
Review timekeeping, wages, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and payroll adjustments for accuracy.
Process new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay changes.
Reconcile payroll and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
Respond to employee and manager payroll questions.
Support payroll tax requirements, audits, reporting, and compliance.
Partner with HR on benefits deductions and employee data.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency.
Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience.
Strong Paylocity payroll experience required.
Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Reynolds & Reynolds or automotive dealership experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
