Job description
RTX is seeking a Payroll Portfolio Lead to join the Enterprise Services team. The role sits within the PMO/Transformation Organization, overseeing payroll and timekeeping projects and collaborating with the Global Process Owner and BRM to deliver value to senior leaders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive program management experience in regulated environments and strong executive communication skills, with travel ~20% within the US.
