Payroll SupervisorWe are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to oversee accurate and timely payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce in California. This position plays a key role in managing end-to-end payroll activities, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and supporting a dependable payroll process for employees across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to guide payroll administration in a high-volume environment.Responsibilities:Administer payroll for a workforce of roughly 200 employees, ensuring accurate and timely processingCoordinate employee onboarding, including new hire documentation and system setupPrepare and submit certified payroll reports while maintaining compliance requirementsSupport field operations by managing mobile devices, phones, and other technology-related needsGenerate workforce and labor hour reports for management reviewProcess wage garnishments, child support deductions, and other payroll-related withholdingsHandle employment verification inquiries and related documentation requestsManage employee leave and disability claim administrationAssist with benefits audits by validating employee data and supporting compliance effortsPrepare and submit workers' compensation documentation and reportingProvide documentation and administrative support for audit and compliance-related projects
