Job description
Axcess Healthcare Services is seeking a Home Care RN in Summerville, SC to provide compassionate nursing care to children with special needs in their homes.
Responsibilities include medication administration, catheter, tracheostomy, wound and ventilator care, ADL support, and accompanying families to appointments.
Required: active SC RN license, 1 year clinical experience, CPR, SLED/background check, drug test, valid driver’s license with insured transportation; schedule 8am–2pm, Monday–Friday.
