Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – Frisco, TX

An established and growing clinician-owned pediatric private practice is seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join its team in Frisco, Texas. This role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive interdisciplinary environment, and opportunities for both professional and personal growth.

Position Overview

Flexible options: Contractor or part-time scheduling available

Approximately 20 hours per week and build over time

Contractor OT: $45/hour treatment, $35/supervision, $55/hour treatment on Saturday (3–6 PM) and Sunday, $70 per evaluation

Part-Time OT: $31–$38/hour (based on experience)

Part-time roles include benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and more

Qualifications

Active Texas state license in Occupational Therapy
