Pediatrics in California's Central Valley
Step into an outpatient pediatric practice in California's Central Valley and help meet the growing healthcare needs of a dedicated community. Practice Overview:
Join a cohesive, mission-driven team serving a diverse outpatient population
Work alongside a collegial medical staff with hospitalist and laborist support
Access to full-scope ancillary services, including lab, X-ray, mammography, and ultrasound
Outpatient-only model with optional inpatient work available
Schedule:
Full-time position with built-in administrative time
No call or weekend responsibilities
Choose between two flexible weekly schedule options
Designed to support work-life balance and physician autonomy
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary between up to $250,000, plus quality bonuses

Candidate Requirements:
Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine
Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
