Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care
Brooklyn, NY | Ventilator & Tracheostomy Experience Required | Open to RN & LPN
Join Affimmed Home Care's Growing Pediatric Division!
Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Brooklyn, NY.
If you're passionate about caring for medically complex children and have ventilator and tracheostomy experience, we'd love to have you join our team.

Qualifications
Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license or License Practical Nurse (LPN)
Current BLS certification
Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license preferred
Physical completed within the last 12 months
Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)

As a Pediatric Registered Nurse with Affimmed Home Care, you'll provide individualized, high-quality skilled nursing care in a one-on-one home setting. You'll build meaningful relationships with your patients and their families while receiving ongoing support from our experienced clinical and administrative teams.
